Description
A white or ashen solid particle or fine powder, this product's main mineral composition
is 12CaO.7Al2O3. Its chemical composition is stable,
melting point is low, speed of melting is quick, and is used to shorten refining
time.
It does not contain fluoride, and will not corrode furnace liners and molten steel
containers. The structure is compact, and is easy to transport and store. The
phase is steady, with fast slag formation. It can reduce dust pollution in iron
and steel plants and improve refining processes.

Al2O3: 40 - 50%
SiO2: 4% (max.)
Fe2O3: 2% (max.)
TiO2: 0.01% (max.)
Particle size: 10 - 50mm
Usage:
This product is used in refinement and desulfurization pretreatment of molten steel
in iron and steel plants.
